The first day of school, busy breaks, constant transitions, the challenges of the classroom – school is a journey full of small and big moments. But sometimes there are obstacles along the way that a child cannot overcome alone. In those moments, they need someone who doesn’t just stand by, but walks alongside them.
That’s exactly what we do at BegleitLichter. We provide reliable support and create space for learning and growth, acting as bridge-builders between the child and their world. Our goal is simple – and also the greatest compliment to our work: to make ourselves unnecessary because the child has learned to stand confidently on their own.
We are a team of people driven by purpose, bringing calm to the storm, structure to the chaos, and above all, confidence in every child’s abilities.
Where we are and where we’re headed
Supporting children and young people is at the heart of everything we do. We are currently building the foundation for BegleitLichter in Bad Oeynhausen / Löhne. But this is just the beginning – we are already planning to expand our support to additional regions in the near future.
We’re looking for people who want to grow with us
Building something new requires passion and dedication. As we build BegleitLichter, we are looking for committed school support workers (m/f/d) in the Bad Oeynhausen/Löhne area, as well as an experienced leader in Hanover to help shape a new approach to school support.
You won’t find rigid hierarchies here – just a team that lifts each other up and leadership that walks alongside you. If you’re empathetic and want to support children on their journey toward independence, we’d love to connect – whether you have experience or are joining us as a motivated career changer.
